La experiencia histórica de la manipulación de los medios de comunicación, de las guerras post-11 de septiembre de 2001, y de la actual crisis económica, ha llevado a una fuerte negación de los dos principios centrales de la posmodernidad: la idea de que la realidad se construye socialmente y es manipulable hasta el infinito, y que la verdad y la objetividad son conceptos inútiles. Las necesidades reales, las vidas y las muertes reales que rechazan ser reducidas a interpretaciones, regresan a reclamar sus derechos. |
