Une décision jugée solitaire, voire douloureuse, ce que confirment certains travaux en vogue inspirés par la psychologie. Decisions are often considered to be solitary and even painful, as confirmed by a number of trendy studies inspired by psychology. Based on case studies from a variety of organizations (hospitals, firms, administrations), the book questions this prevailing view and proposes a perspective informed by social science methods. The various contributions emphasize the collective nature of decision-making, and the importance of the entourage and instances in which decisions are made. They also show that the decision-making process is complex and often elusive. |
